Rural Residency Programs and Rural Rotation Sites

The below map features programs that have at least one rotation site located in a rural area as defined by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) (in yellow) as well as programs with the majority of resident training time at rotation sites located in rural areas as defined by FORHP (in red), according to publicly available ACGME data. Only the training site with the highest percentage of rural training time in each program is displayed. If you notice a discrepancy or inaccuracy for your residency, please email info@ruralgme.org. To view a map of RRPD grant recipient locations, please visit the Program Profiles page. This map includes rural training sites as a resource, but not all listed sites are part of HRSA's RRPD-supported programs.
